FY2023 Fire Commission Grant Application Period Open

The Kentucky Fire Commission is pleased to announce that the application period is now open for the following grants:

FY2023 Battery Powered Combi-Tool Grant (PDF)
FY2023 Four (4) Gas Monitor Grant  (PDF)
FY2023 Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Grant  (PDF)

These programs have been developed to assist fire departments across the Commonwealth in securing vital equipment to ensure firefighters are equipped to assist their communities and citizens in their times of need.

Kentucky Fire Commission-recognized fire departments that are in good standing with the Fire Commission and have completed or scheduled training with State Fire Rescue Training are eligible to apply.

Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.  All applications MUST be received by the deadline of October 28, 2022 and all requested information MUST be provided. The attached applications have fillable fields to ease in completion of the application. Applications MUST be submitted via email to firegrants@kctcs.edu.
