New Fire Training System Announcement

The Fire Commission is in the next stage of development and roll-out of the new fire training records and data collection system. In addition to training hours recordkeeping, this system will also handle requests for State Aid, Incentive Pay, along with several others.

The new training records system from Envisage/Acadis is slated to begin roll out in the first quarter of 2020. The rollout will happen one SFRT area at a time. Once it is rolled out in an area, access to the current systems will be removed.

 In an effort to ensure information in this system is correct and up to date, please fill out the fire department personnel spreadsheet linked below. The spreadsheet must be completed in full for every member of your department.  Note that emails are required, as they will be used for all of your personnel to access the pubic portal system.

Please do not amend the header columns in this file in any way or deviate from the current setup on this form, as it will be imported directly from this format into the new training system. This document must also remain in Excel form for import.

When submitting the completed document, ensure the name of the saved file is worded in the following manner:

 [Department Name] Fire Personnel  (e.g. Olive Hill Fire Personnel)

Completed spreadsheets will need to be returned to jeremy.rodgers@kctcs.edu as soon as possible. The Fire Commission office is closed December 21 – January 3 and an expedient completion and return of this spreadsheet will allow us to have as many departments in hand as possible prior to our break to then upload to the new system.
