The Fire Academy of Kentucky Class 007 - Registration Now Open

The Fire Academy of Kentucky is officially opening the application period for Recruit Class 007 and the Accelerated 4-week EMT Course.

The fall academy class begins on Monday, August 18, 2025  and graduates on Friday, November 14, 2025. This class is open to any Kentucky firefighter who is an active member of a volunteer or career department.

The EMT course begins on Monday, July 7, 2025 and finishes on Friday, August 1, 2025. This course is open to any recruit who is not currently EMT certified from Recruit Classes 001-006 or who will be attending Class 007.
