2026 Kentucky State Fire School Registration Now Open!!!!

We invite you to join us June 10-14, 2026 for the 95th annual Kentucky State Fire School, keeping the tradition alive of excellence in fire service training in Lexington, in one of the longest continuously-running fire schools in the nation!

Our seminar and hands-on classes offer educational opportunities for any level of the fire service. The $90 registration fee allows the potential to participate in multiple classes for a single payment.

Pre-registration is now open and will conclude Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Classes without a significant number of students will be cancelled at that time. After this date, you may only register on site at the school. Registration is only available online.

We strongly encourage early registration.

2026 Kentucky State Fire School Hilton Lexington/Downtown Room Reservations

The above hotel is once again serving as the host hotel for the school. Rooms are being held at this property at the government rate of $118/night. This rate is available until May 10, 2026, or when the event room block has filled. Room rate is based upon availability and cannot be guaranteed. **Note that there is no availability for rooms with double beds on June 9 or June 10; rooms with double beds are only available beginning June 11**.

There are a number of overflow hotels for this event; see the brochure for a complete list. 

We also invite you to our Exhibit Showcase Friday, June 12, 2026 at the Central Bank Center in Downtown Lexington from 2:30-6:30pm. This is a great opportunity to interact with vendors you currently patronize as well as meet new vendors for potential future purchasing needs! The Exhibit Showcase is free and open to anyone, even if not participating in the school.
